Our Pet Policy is as follows: 1.) No aggressive breeds. 2.) Maximum of TWO (2) pets per dwelling. A full grown weight limit of 35 LBS. 3.) Pets must be current on all shots and must have current shot record. 4.) We require a $500 Pet Fee with $250 being NON-REFUNDABLE. 5.) Pet Rent is $20/Month.
